SUMMARY
- V0GTLE FACILITY - DOCKET NOS. 50-424 AND 50-425 This refers to the management meeting conducted at your request in the NRC Region II Office on June 25, 1985. This meeting was held to brief the NRC on the Vogtle Readiness Review Module entitled " Mechanical Equipment, Piping, and Other Components" as well as the Appendix I entitled " Project Quality Assurance Organization."
It is our opinion that this meeting was beneficial and provided a good forum for general Vogtle Readiness Review Program discussions as well as an informative briefing on the details of this Module and Appendix. This in-depth presentation will better enable the NRC to conduct its evaluations.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
Should you have any questions concerning these matters, we will be pleased to discuss them.
