We have received copies of the following applications which were filed

l connection with the Point Beach Huclear Plant Unit Nos.1 and 2:

I A March 16,1984 application, as modified September 25.1984, for ,

1. . Technical Specification changes relating to the deletion of snubbers and other administrative changes. A Class II fee-($1.200) and a  :

Class I fee ($400) were remitted with your application pursuant to 10 CFR 173.22 of the March 23, 1978 regulations.

2. -A May 30, 1985 application for exemption from General Design Criteria No. 4. Fees pursuant to the June 20, 1984 revision to 10 CFR 170  :

were not remitted with your application. .

Based on infomation provided by the ONRR staff, it has been determined  :

that:

1. A Class III fee ($4,000) is appropriate for that portion of your application relating to snubbers since the revier involved consi-  !

deration of a single safety issue, a Class II fee ($1,200) is appropriate for the remaining items since the changes were admin-istrative in nature, and a Class I fee ($400) is appropriate for j the duplicate unit. These changes were approved with the issuance of Amendment Nos. 91 and 95 dated April 8, 1985.

2. An application fee of $150 should be remitted for Item 2 since the June 20, 1984 revision to 10 CFR 170 requires licensees to remit an application fee of $150 with each application for license amendment, relief, exemption and other request.
