The new FW will provide an up-tcrdate handy source for gmeral guidance and reference as the agencies explore pmsibilities for useful interaction on significant activities and projects.
After approval and execution of the new FW, the staff should consider eether the existing FW betum NFC and DOE of February 24, 1978, should be revised so as to eliminate redundancy and presen'e more concisely special fmtures of that FW.
