This is in response to your letter dated August 19, 1985, requesting an extension until January 31, 1986, for submittal of the fundamental nuclear material control plan required by 74.31(b)(1).

No. SNM-33, effective immediately, to read as follows:
i Notwithstanding the requirement of 10 CFR 74.31(b)(1) to submit a fundamental nuclear material control plan no later than August 26, 1985, which describes system capabilities to meet the general performance objectives of 74.31(a), the licensee is granted an extension until i
