Dear Ted:

l 1

i On April 13, 1983 there will be a meeting of the Advisory Committee on

. l Reactor Safeguards, Subcommitttee on Extreme External Phenomena.

I have enclosed a tentative agenda. The ACRS will have three consultants to them present - Pomeroy, Trifunac, and Thompson. We have been asked to discuss the " Charleston Plan".

I would like you to attend that meeting.

I have also arranged with Jim Devine that we meet on April 12, 1983 in Reston to discuss our program and any comments that you may have to offer.
