Dear Mr. Youngblood:
Attached is our Process Control Program for radwaste solidification as required by Technical Specifications and 10CFR50.34a, and as requested by your letter dated July 11, 1985. We intend to utilize the NUS Process Services Corporation's mobile solidification system for solidification of radwaste rather than the installed UNI system, as is discussed in our letter dated July 24, 1985 (PY-CE1/NRR-030lL).
