This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. H. Nicholas of
this office on June 3-7, 1985, at Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit 3
Waterford, Connecticut, of activities authorized by NRC License No. CPPR-113
and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Nicholas with Mr. J. Crockett
of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Regio.i I
Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the
ir:spection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative
records, interviews with personnel, and observations by tho inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
