In accordance with 10CFR50.4, enclosed are four (4) copies of the CPSES Physica~1 Security Plan (PSP) Revision 27 (copy num~oers: 13, 14. 15 and 16).

Included with each plan is a " Summary of Changes" which lists the changes incorporated in Revision 26.

An evaluation conducted per 10CFR50.54(p), determined that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the security program. The enclosure to this letter contains SAEE_GUARDJIINF_0RMATION as defined in 10CFR73.21:

consequently, the enclosure sh6uld not be placed in the Public Document Room.

The Summary of Changes is attached to the enclosed revision of the Physical Security Plan.
