FNMC Plan, SNM-1168, Docket 70-1021 Framatome Cogema Fuels has amended its Fundamental Nuclear Materials Control (FNMC) Plan to reflect our company's name change, various organizational changes and minor editorial changes. Attachment I lists the effected sections of the FNMC Plan. Because changes were made throughout the entire FNMC Plan, the Plan has been revised to reflect the date of October 24,1996 with all pages showing Revision
- 10. The changes made within the Plan are easily identified by side-bars. Six copies of the FNMC Plan are provided.
Framatome Cogema Fuels does not regard these changes as a decrease in the effectiveness of the FNMC Plan and are submitting these changes under the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32.
