COMPENSATORY ACTIONS FOR 10 CFR 50 APPENDIX R DISCREPANCIES SUMMER NUCLEAR FACILITY - DOCKET NO. 50-395 Thank you for your letter of June 21, 1985, informing us of the measures you propose to establish at the Summer facility to compensate for the identified Appendix R discrepancies.
It is our understanding that you will initiate, no later than July 5, 1985, a special roving fire watch surveillance patrol every two hours for each accessible fire zone which contains identified Appendix R cable interaction discrepancies. This fire watch patrol is to be maintained until the Appendix R modifications are complete or your interim procedures are l
reviewed and approved'by NRR.
