i Gentlemen:
On July 29, 1985 CASE submitted Interrogatories Regarding the CPRT and a Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories filed July 3, 1985 for filing.
It was discovered today that, in some copies of these filings, the attachments to the Motion to Compel (marked as CASE 1 and CASE 2) were inadvertently attached to the Interrogatories.
