It is noted that the identified issues raised by the CYGNA Energy Services design adequacy review effort are documented in the Program Plan and it is our understanding that you will specifically address and respond to each issue.

In order to effectively allocate NRC resources, you are requested to provide your schedule for transmitting the CYGNA effort final report and to identify any future participation that may be planned for CYGNA.
