Dear Mr. Denton:

The referenced letter concluded Quad Cities Unit 2 could be safely returned to service based on Commonwealth Edison's previous submittal. Nevertheless, the NRC requested additional information in order to formally complete their SER.

Enclosed as attachments to this letter is the summary of the Quad Cities Unit 2 Spring 1985 ISI results and our consultants (NUTECH Engineers) report on the evaluation and disposition of flaws found on Unit 2.
