Transfer of NRC Certificate of Compliance No. 6568
Dear Mr. Chappell:
In response to your letter dated November 27,1996, we hereby con 6rm our desire to have the subject certificate issued to Chem-Nuclear Systems, Inc. (CNSI).
In accordance with this transfer of responsibility, CNSI accepts responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the statements and representations of the previous certincate holder for this package design. CNSI also accepts responsibility for maintenance of the certincate, the safety analysis report for the package design, and the quality assurance records in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 71.91(c). CNSI will maintain the records for this package design at our Columbia, South Carolina offices where we also maintain records for our other NRC-licensed package designs.
