Dear Ms. Kintner:
This refers to Tennessee Valley Authority letter dated September 30, 1996, requesting that Certificate of Compliance No. 6568 be transferred to Chem-Nuclear Systems, Inc.
In connection with this request, we need a statement confirming that you desire this Certificate of Compliance be issued to Chem-Nuclear Systems, Inc.,
and that you will accept responsibility for the comoleteness and accuracy of the statement: ard representations of the previou. certificate holder for this package design.
You will be responsible for the maintenance of the certificate, the safety analysis report for the package design, and the quality assurance records in accordance with 10 CFR 671.91(c).
You should also advise us where the records required pursuant to 10 CFR 671.91 for this package design will be maintained. This information should be provided within 45 days from the date of this letter.
