Dear Sir:
The NRC was notifed of the subject Deficiency Evaluation in the refer-enced telephone conversation, with a determination of reportability to be rade within thirty (30) days (Sept mber 15, 1985).
The deficiency has subsequently been determined to be Not Reportable under the requircments of 10CFR50.55(c), therefore no written report is' required. Necessary documentation of the evaluation will be raintained in ANPP files.
