Dear Mr. Davis:
In addition to my letters of June 19, 1985 and June 21, 1985, we have one additional comment:
On page 4 of our original application, dated June 20, 1984, it was stated that new fuel stored in the New Fuel Storage Vault will be stored with their plastic bags left on.
This statement should be revised to indicate that new fuel may be stored with the plastic bags on, but do not have to have the plastic bags on in order to be stored in the New Fuel Storage Vault.
'Also, " Item 9. Authorized Use:" should be revised to include this letter and the two letters referenced above.
