We have reviewed the " Catawba Nuclear Station (Unit 2) Storage and In-Transit Security Plan for SNM of Low Strategic Significance" document which you sub-mitted under your cover letter dated April 26, 1985. Our review found certain sections of your Plan to be in need of additional information or clarification. -
as identified in the list of connents contained in the enclosure to this letter.
We are, therefore, requesting you to submit revisions to your storage and In-Transit Security Plan which address our questions and/or concerns. Upon i receiving the desired revisions, we anticipate that we will be able to approve your Plan without further. delay. If you should have any questions in this matter, please call Don Joy of my staff on (301) 427-4756.
We have determined that both the enclosure to this letter and the enclosure to your letter of April 26, 1985 contain information of the type specified in 10CFR2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such informa-tion is deemed to be connercial or financial within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5 (a)(4) and shall be withheld from public disclosure unless subject to the provisions of 10 CFR 3.12.
