Dear Mr. Knighton:
Attached please find Control Copy Number 8-11 of Amendment 8 to the PVNGS Security Plan. These copies contain replacement pages for copies of the Security Plan currently held by the NRC.
In addition, we are herewith forwarding two copies to the NRC Document Control Desk and one copy each to Charles Gaskin and Dennis Schaefer of the NRC.
This document contains Safeguards Information which must be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21 and is therefore to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(d).
Please ensure appropriate steps are taken to safeguard its contents.
This plan change is submitted in preparation for issuance of the PVNGS Unit 2 operating license and incorporates Unit 2 into the security program as well as providing details of the Unit 2 security system.
The PVNGS Security Training and Qualification Plan (current through Revision 4) which is approved for Unit 1 is also applicable to Unit 2 and Unit 3.
