Millstone Unit 3 Construction Appraisal Team Enforcement Actions
This letter forwards the enforcement actions identif'ied during the Millstone Unit
3 CAT inspection (Inspection Report 50-423/85-04) of which details were provided
to you previously under separate correspondence.
It was determined that certain
of your activities involve violations of NRC requirements as cited in the enclosed
Appendix A to this letter.
Please respond to these violations in accordance with
the instructions in Appendix A.
In addition, we request that you respond to the
Construction Weaknesses described in the enclosed Appendix B of this letter, recog-
nizing that portions of these matters are included in the violations identified
in Appendix A.
Your cooperation with us in this matter is appreciated.
