1 By letter dated September 6,1996, PECO Energy Company (PECO Energy) submitted License Change Request (LCR) 96-03093 to change Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS)
Technical Specification Sections 3.3.5.1, "ECCS instrumentation," and 3.6.1, "AC Sources -
Operating."
3 In your letter dated November 27,1996, you requested additional information regarding this LCR. After further review, PECO Energy has determined that the proposed Technical Specification changes are no longer desired. Therefore, PECO Energy hereby withdraws License Change Request ECR 96-03093.
