Technical Specification Sections 3.3.5.1, "ECCS instrumentation," and 3.6.1, "AC Sources -
3 Operating."
In your letter dated November 27,1996, you requested additional information regarding this LCR. After further review, PECO Energy has determined that the proposed Technical Specification changes are no longer desired. Therefore, PECO Energy hereby withdraws License Change Request ECR 96-03093.
