We have received your letter of July 8,1985 in which you requested examinations be given for Messrs. J. Dotter, L. Cook, and J. Caraway on August 26, 1985.

We regret to inform you that we can not support your request for examinations on that date because of examiner availability. We ask that you submit their applications at a later date when examiners will be able to meet your request.
It is the present policy of the Commission that applicants for " Instructor Certifications" be allowed to instruct until such time when an examination date can be mutually agreed upon. Since Messrs. Dotter, Cook and Caraway applied for " Instructor Certification" they can be used as instructors until i
an appropriate examination date can be scheduled.
