USE OF ASME CODE CASES N-397 AND N-411 FOR THE COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION (UNITS 1 and 2) t j
This letter is a clarification of our June 5,1985 letter concerning the use of ASME Code Cases N-397 and N-411 for Comanche Peak. Confirming our telephone call of September 4, 1985, the intent of the letter was to give generic approval of the application of the ASME Codes Cases N-397 and N-411 provided that items (a) through (f) that we listed in the letter were implemented. We also requested-that TUGC0 review and respond as to whether (and in what manner) this action would affect the prior hearings, the' items (a) through (e) that we listed in the letter, and whether a Construction Pemit amendment is necessary.
Specific approval for the-use of these Code Cases for Comanche Peak will be given when we receive acceptable responses to these items.
