and requested they be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790. A nonproprietary version of each document was also submitted for placement in the Public Document Room.
Included was the Westinghouse affidavit, CAW-96-926, dated February 14, 1996.
By letter dated October 3,1996, Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation requested that the above listed documents be withdrawn and returned to Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation.
