By letter dated June 20, 1996, Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation I submitted the following Westinghouse Electric Corporation documents:

2. Westinghouse letter to Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation, " Wolf .

Creak Generating Station Site Examination Report," 95 SAP-G-0065, Dated l 10/25/95 (6 pages).

3. WestinghouseDrawing1584F08,17x17RCCAskemblyOutline," Sheet 1of1, Revision 2.

4. Westinghouse Drawing 271C666, " Absorber," Sheet 1 of 1, Revision 10.

5. Westinghouse Drawing 2654C91, " Absorber Rod Assembly," Sheet 1 of 2, Revision 16 and Sheet 2 of 2, Revision 16.

and requested they be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790. A nonproprietary version of each document was also submitted for placement in the Public Document Room. Included was the Westinghouse affidavit, CAW-96-926, dated February 14, 1996.  !

By letter dated October 3,1996, Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation requested that the above listed documents be withdrawn and returned to Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation.
