Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) has been made in accor-dance with 10CFR 2.101.
Amendment 12 to the HCGS FSAR contains:
(1) text changes due to resolution of Safety Evaluation Report open items, (2) updated drawings tabulated in FSAR Section 1.7, (3) updated Functional Control Diagrams and Instrument Elec-trical Diagrams in FSAR Section 7.0, (4) modifications to Fire Protection System, FSAR Section 9.5.1, and revisions to Appendix R Comparison, FSAR Appendix 9A, and (5) general revisions to the FSAR text.
