Dear Mr. MacDonald:
In response to reference 1) and in conjunction to reference 2) we are herewith withdrawing our application for the approval of the subject Quality Assurance Plan for Transport License only (71-0510).
Other projects (M-34 and M-37) that are specified in reference 3) are not affected by this withdrawal notice.
We are in the process of revising our Quality Assurance Plan to incorporate the requirements of 10 CFR 71.101 which was addressed in your letter dated May 8,1985. We plan to submit our revised Quality Assurance Plan in the near fu ture.
