Enclosed are executed subpoenas directing each of you to testify in the upcoming NRC hearing on alleged drug abuse at the Shearon Harris facility.
The subpoena directs you to appear at 10 a.m. next Monday, September 30, 1985, the time at which the hearing is scheduled to comence. You may, however, arrange to appear at any later time that may be agreeable to Mr. Runkle, Counsel for the Conservation Council of North Carolina.
