Gentlemen:
This confirms a telephone conversation between Mr. T. Bordine of your staff
and Mr. D. Boyd of this office on September 17, 1985, in which it was confirmed
that an information meeting between Consumers Power Company and the U. S. Nuclear
Regulatory Commission will be conducted starting at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday,
October 1,1985, at the NRC Regional Office in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. The
purpose of this meeting is to address the concerns expressed in Inspection
Report 50-155/85010 regarding QA, QC, and maintenance at Big Rock Point.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
