Summer Nuclear Station Docket No. 50/395 Operating License No. NPF-12 South Carolina Public Service Authority Decommissioning Trust This is to notify you that South Carolina Public Service Authority is hereby removing NationsBank, N.A. as holder of the Decommission Trust Agreement dated July 25,1990, and reassigning the Trust to the National Bank of South Carolina. The reassignment of the Trust will become effective on November 1,1996.
