Mr. H. A. Cole, Jr., Special Deputy Attorney General with the office of the Attorney General of North Carolina,has asked me to issue a subpoena for the appearance of Mr. Don Williams, Jr. in the upcoming hearing on drug use at the Shearon Harris facility. A copy of Mr. Cole's letter to me is enclosed. Also, enclosed is a subpoena directed to Mr. Williams.
