ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT FOR THE SAN ONOFRE NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION, UNIT NO. 1 (TAC NO. M95070)
On October 3. 1996, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment No. 158 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-13 for San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station. Unit No. 1.
The amendment consisted of changes to the license conditions in response to your application dated March 13. 1996.
4 The NRC staff has subsequently become aware of an error and two missing change bars in margins in the TS 3 ages issued with the amendment.
Please replace TS pages D6.1-1, 06.2-1, and 36.5-4 with the enclosed pages.
