The May 3,1996, supplemental submittal indicated that a risk matrix has been developed and is used to identify the risk associated with maintenance activities at power.
Provide the following information for NRC staff review:
(1) a general description of the risk matrix, focusing on capabilities and l
limitations, (2) a list of systems that are modeled in the risk matrix, 1
i (3) a description on how risk information from your PRA is incorporated into i
the risk matrix, and (4) a brief description of your procedure (s) to implement the use of risk matrix.
