Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed for filing with the Comission are three originals and nineteen copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56. This Application requests changes to the Peach Bottom Units 2 an:13 Technical Specifications relating to revision in the conditions under which bypassing of the scram signal for main steam line isolation or main condenser low vacutan is permitted.
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's Regulations, a check payable to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $150 is enclosed to cover the filing fee for this Application.
