Potential Reportable Event Diesel Generator Building Floor Response Spectra

Dear Mr. Taylor:

This constitutes our final report on a potential problem described in my letter of April 2,1985.

A re-evaluation was performed to determine the effects of changes in the floor response spectra on equipment and piping in the Diesel Generator Building of the Perry Nuclear Power Plant.

Results of the evaluation #.ndicate that no safety hazard was created.

Therefore, we consider this item to be not reportable.

If you require any further information, please call me at (215)775-2600, Extension 7543.

Very truly yours, a
