STAFF REQUIREMENTS - COMSECY-96-010 -
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR APPOINTMENT OF ACRS MEMBERS l
The Commission has approved the screening panel's recommendation of Mr. John J.
Barton to fill the ACRS vacancy in June.
As the next step in the appointment process, Mr. Barton should be
-requested to complete the appropriate personnel and statements of Employment and Financial Interests forms (SF 450) for review by OGC and the Office of Personnel.
Following resolution of any concerns expressed by OP and OGC, you should forward to SECY a letter of appointment for the Chairman's signature.
The screening panel should recommend names to the Commission to 1
fill the ACRS vacancy in September.
