Dear Dr. Grace:
The commitment date of April 1,1985 which was stated. iti my letter of February 1, 1985 cannot be met for this item due to material delivery problems. There are four valves remaining for which drive nuts were due on site by March 25, 1985.
We have been working toward the April 1 date, but require an extension to June 1, 1985 in order to allow time to complete the remaining work,the associated documentation and to allow for any further material problems.
