WITNESSES TO BE CALLED BY INTERVENORS ROREM ET AL.

I l

Pursuant to the Board's direction in its Order of June 21, 1985, Intervenors Rorem et al. hereby list the witnesses they intend to call to prove their claims at the hearing in this case.

Concurrently filed herewith is Intervenors' Motion To Admit Claims of Intimidation and Harassment of Comstock Quality Control (QC) Inspectors and Motion For Protective Order. The witnesses Intervenors intend to call to prove those claims are listed therein (and not repeated here).

In addition to the witnesses listed below, Intervenors have been in contact with a number of prospective witnesses (including experts) who, due to the brevity of the present schedule, could not permit their names to be listed as of today. In the event additional time becomes available in the hearing schedule in this case, Intervenors intend to ask leave to supplement this filing.

Moreover, Intervenors have not yet had time to enter into discussions with Applicant and Staff concerning possible stipulations of fact or of testimony. Intervenors intend to do so in the future. If any such stipulations are entered into, the following witness list may be shortened.
