AFFIDAVIT OF ROBERT GUILD Robert Guild, upon being duly sworn, deposes and says:

I am one of the attorneys for Intervenors Bridget Rorem, et al., in this proceeding.

On July 12, 1985, I spoke by telephone with John D.
Seeders, an employee of the L.K. Comstock Engineering Company, the electrical contractor at the Braidwood Nuclear Station.
Mr.
Seeders authorized me to submit the accompanying Affidavit of John D. Seeders on his behalf, which was read to him and which he affirmed as true and correct.
Mr. Seeders has agreed to submit a signed copy of this Affidavit for filing in this proceeding.
