AMENDMENT NO. 66 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE N0. DPR-54 STEAM GENERATOR INSERVICE INSPECTION The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 66 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-54 for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TSs) in response to your application dated September 9, 1982, as revised-December 28, 1984.

The amendment involves changes to the TSs to add the surveillance of certain

special interest steam generator tubes and visual inspections of the internal auxiliary feedwater distributor, attachment welds and themal sleeves.

A~ copy of the Safety Evaluation is enclosed. . Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's Monthly Notice.
