Purpose:

This is an exit meeting to discuss the results of the Augmented Inspection Team (AIT) that concluded the onsite review on 2.

Septernber 17,1996. The AIT reviewed four events related to l reactor coolant inventory control, including the nitrogen l inclusion event, and the contingency plans for reliable reactor I cooling following the failure of one RHR pump.
