This. proposes that you place an individual in Region IV on your controlled distribution for one copy cach of a limited number of site related documents.
The documents in question are your Technical Specifications and the basic
' administrative control procedures (G, P, and Q series).
The reason for proposing this 'is our experience with other operating sites, which have adopted this plan. Our experience indicates that the telephone discussion of questions or areas of mutual concern is facilitated when we both use reference material that is in the same configuration.
If you agree with this proposal, we shall use our project inspector as the document holder. He is M. Skow, and material should be addressed to him by name at this office.
