Dear Mr. Siegel:
I am writing to inquire regarding the status of the imple-mentation schedule for completion of the control items contained in the January 28, 1985 Stipulation settling the Clinton Unit 1 licensing case-(NRC no. 50-461 OL).
Based upon our review of recent corres-pondence, it appears the timetable for the applicant's actions and NRC's reviews has been revised.
Consequently, in order to properly plan for the implementation of this office's rights under the January 28, 19F5 Stipulation, I am requesting current information as to the applicant's. implementation schedule and the NRC's review schedule for
.the following items:
(1)
Water Level Measurement System Improvements; (2)
Safety Parameter Display System Improvements; (3)
Regulatory Guide 1.97 Instrumentation; and (4)
Detailed Control Room Design Review.
