On April 1-3, 1985, NRC administered examinations to employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate your CPSES facility. At the conclusion of the examinations, the examination questions and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
-The examinations final results have been forwarded to the CPSES staff.
Enclosed is the examination report identifying the examination review, review comments and resolutions, and copies of the final examination and answer key master
