In response to your letter dated June 17, 1985, we are enclosing corrected pages to the University of Missouri Research Reactor Physical Security Plan.
Pursuant to 10CFR Part 2.790(d), we request that the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure as it has been classified as SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION as per 10CFR73.21(b)2. No person may have access to Safe-guards Information unless the person has an established "need to know" for this information and is authorized per 10CFR73.21(c).
Regulations prevent the disclosure of this information by unsecured telephone com-munications.
