Dear Mr. Butler:
This letter provides the information required to close Limerick License condition 2.C.8 (a) Part 1.
Attached is a copy of the Limerick Control Room Design Review (CFDR) Final Report Supplement No. 2.
This supplemental report documents the completion of Limerick plant-specific Task Analysis and the comparison of the display and control requirements with the control room inventory.
Consequently, the submittal of the attached supplemental report satisfies the above cited license condition.
This report also includes certain Human Engineering Discrepancy (HED) Assessment Sheets which have been revised along with the reason for the revisions.
The original versions of these revised HED Assessment Sheets were submitted in the Final and Supplement No. 1 Reports (References 1 and 2 respectively). Also provided are the final i
assessment of the four HEDs that were held out for further review in the Final Report (Reference 1).
