This letter is in response to the concerns you expressed during the April 11, 1985 limited appearance session of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board hearing in the Perry Nuclear Power Plant OL-Proceeding held in Perry, Ohio.
Please be advised that a response to your con-cerns and questions is to be directly provided to you by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) since they relate to offsite emer-gency planning and preparedness which is the review responsibility of the FEMA. Enclosed for your information is a memo from E. L. Jordan (NRC) to R. W. Krimm (FEPA) dated May 17, 1985 which refers your questions to FEMA for response.
