Gentlemen:
This refers to the enforcement conference held at our request at the NRC Region
I Of fice, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, on February 8,1985, relating to the
Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station.
The conference was attended by Mr. V. S.
Boyer and members of your staff and by myself and other NRC staff members. We
believe that the conference was beneficial and improved mutual understanding of
the operation of the containment cooling subsystem.
The items discussed at the enforcement conference are described in the attached
meeting summary. Based on the presentation, meeting discussions and NRC eval-
uation, no enforcement action will be taken.
