SUMMARY

Scope: The areas examined during this routine material control and  ;

accounting (MC&A) safeguards inspection included Resolution, 1 Measurements, Measurement Control, Inventory, Assessment, l Management Structure, and Record keeping. The thrust of the  !

inspection plan was to examine the adequacy of specific systems l capabilities that are necessary to satisfy two performance objectives of 10 CFR 74.31(a) and affirmations in Chapter 1.0 of the licensee's Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNMC) Plan. Previously identified inspector follow-up items (IFI) were also addressed during the inspection. '

Results: Within the scope of the inspection, no violations were identified; however, one non-cited violation, one unresolved item, and four new ,

IFis were opened, while four IFis from previous inspections were closed.
