Shillinglaw Letter I am preparing the response to a Shillinglaw letter to the Chairman (Green Ticket). She asks two questions (attached) regarding temperatures during unloading and possible effects on the carbozinc coating and RX-277. During the Sierra inspection, did NMSS discuss with the vendor whether the 1300F value in the SAR was verified by Carboline or what value was in the purchase specification? The attached has a first attempt at a response... Any comments / corrections or thoughts on how to respond would be appreciated.
