.Mr. James J. Gaskill came into the RRI's Office with the following allegation.
- On' Janua ry 28, 1984, a nechanical/ welding QC inspector was verbally harrassed over the phone and approximately one hour later - directly in front of his supervisor (Rich Booth, Senior QC Supervi.sor).for writing an NCR dealing with improper welding ar.perage by

L The inspector, Rick Dossett, and R. Booth-QC inspector made statenents to DlC concerning this harrassment.
However, no corrective action has occurred.

Mr. Gaskill is concerned that no action was taken and this will lead I
to repeated problems.
